We do our best to make sure that dealing with Anker Storage Solutions is as simple as possible. Below you will find the answers to some of our most common questions.

Do I pay a deposit?

Letterbox : No
Locker : Yes, the deposit on a locker is £38.40 inc VAT
Indoor Unit : Yes, the deposit on an indoor unit is one month’s rent
Container : Yes, the deposit on a container is one month’s rent

Will I get a refund if I leave during a month that I have already paid for?

Letterbox : No. Letterboxes are paid for on a yearly basis and no refunds are available.
Locker : After one month’s occupancy you will receive a refund of the remainder of the month plus your deposit.
Indoor Unit : After one month’s occupancy you will receive a refund of the remainder of the month plus your deposit.
Container : After one month’s occupancy you will receive a refund of the remainder of the month plus your deposit.

What types of payment do you take?

We take card payments in-store and over the phone and can set up a standing order for monthly payments.

Can you take deliveries for me?

We can take deliveries for you if they arrive within our regular opening hours. When a package is received we will contact you so you can arrange to move it to your unit.

What are your opening hours?

8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
9am – 1pm Saturday & Sunday

Are there trolleys available to use?

We have a range of trolleys on-site that are free to use.

Are the storage containers watertight?

Our containers are totally waterproof and dry.

Is there out of hours access?

Access is only available during our opening times.

Are locks provided with the unit?

Locks do not come with our storage units, however, we do sell suitable locks for indoor and outdoor use, the prices of which can be found on our packaging page.

Can you provide insurance for the items that I store with you?

Yes, we can insure your goods. We charge £3 + VAT per £1000 of goods with a minimum charge of £6 + VAT per month.

What do I need to bring with me when I move into a unit?

You will need to bring photo ID. If you wish to set up a standing order you will also need your banking details.
